My favorite stone, a boulder opal, set in sterling silver and 18 karat yellow gold. Elements were created by hand fabrication techniques.

A lovely ring in 18 karat yellow gold with a natural pink tourmaline. The band was made using piercing and fabrication techniques. Small round, patterned medallions are appliqued and visually set apart the sections of the band.

This green prehnite is shot through with black crystals of tourmaline. When light enters the setting, the green glows as the color is reflected from the polished back of the plate beneath the setting.  The ring has a presence and energy about it. The cut out arches around the setting remind me of Roman architecture, the soft reflected glow of an extra terrestrial craft and the patterning on the band like a long lost alphabet!!

This sterling silver ring with a green prehnite is constructed and patterned with various stamping tools. The stone sits up a bit on a platform. There is a quality of antiquity, elegance and lightheartedness to the work.
